Had to quickly share this. I wanted to produce an image that would move in a simple way to draw attention to it. Now you can’t produce animated images in Photoshop, but you ‘can’ animate an image using ImageReady, that comes with Photoshop. here’s what you do:

1. Create you image in Photoshop and save it to a new folder
2. Move your image slightly and save it to that new folder too
3. Keep moving image your image and saving it each time to that new folder
4. Now go to ImageReady and import your images using: File->Import Folder As Frames
5. All your images will be presented in the Animate window
6. Modify the time that each image will be displayed
7. Save the file to disk as a GIF file using: File->Save Optimized As
